Buyers:

Find an Already-Inspected Home by entering the address of the property. Click on Buy Report from List of properties displayed. Pay with Card. Report will be automatically downloaded to your device.

Already-Inspected.org does not guarantee or warrant any inspection performed by the inspectors listed on this website. Users of this website understand and agree that Already-Inspected.org is not liable for the alleged acts or omissions of any inspector it promotes. Professional Home Inspectors perform all inspections and write all reports objectively and without regard to their client's personal interests. Hiring a Professional Home Inspector to perform additional re-inspections should be considered as the time between the initial inspection and the closing date can be substantial and a re-inspection and may reveal new issues and/or confirm that repairs discovered during the initial inspection have been made. Reports are accurate at time of Inspection and you are strongly encouraged to commission your own inspection using your own Inspection or contact the Home Inspector that prepared the report you have accessed to do an update inspection. The cost to you may be significantly lower if you use the same Professional Inspector that did the original inspection.

By registering and using the services of Already-Inspected.org, you acknowledge and give full permission to Already-Inspected.org to receive, archive, and make Inspection Report available under certain circumstances to prospective Buyers who have created an account with Already-Inspected.org.
